CIAM PACK after-sales service department is organized into an in-house customer support service (phone support, spare parts supply, back-office) and a field service (machine installation, technical support, training).

After-sales support covers quick interventions, both by phone and via remote teleservice and at customers’ premises. Our technical staff is made of engineers with a high professional profile and specific skills based on their background, specialization and qualification.

Today, market demand is focused on speed and expertise – our goal is to provide our customers a quick and timely response and to manage critical problems simply and effectively, not only on-site, but also remotely, via our phone support and remote assistance.

Our service also includes inspections and audits of the customer lines aimed at maintaining high production standards and avoiding any downtime or disruption.

Every inspection is followed by a professional assessment report indicating the components to be replaced.
