CIAM PACK after-sales service department is organized into an in-house customer support service (phone support, spare parts supply, back-office) and a field service (machine installation, technical support, training).

 

CIAM PACK engineers carry out a full inspection of all the components of every machine, supported by an extensive experience and a dedicated checklist.

 

Our auditing team is made up of specifically trained, highly qualified technicians. 

 

All the machines’ functions are thoroughly verified. Upon request, automation systems can be reconditioned / optimized. All broken or faulty components are replaced by original spare parts.

 

Overhauled machines undergo extensive production tests.
