CIAM PACK  after-sales service department is organized into an in-house customer support service (phone support, spare parts supply, back-office) and a field service (machine installation, technical support, training).

Leveraging on many years of experience in the field, CIAM PACK is best placed to offer customers a dedicated team of highly qualified electricians, engineers and automation experts, with an in-depth knowledge of our machines.

We can maintain our solutions at the customer’s premises or at our facilities, but not just that. Indeed, we are able and qualified to carry out the maintenance  of third-party industrial equipments upon agreement and prior audit.

To ensure the systems’ efficiency over time, we can lay out and manage scheduled maintenance plans which include:

• Periodic analysis of the system's condition
• Spare parts list
• Service frequency
• Planning of the maintenance work

Finally, thanks to our preventive maintenance service, our customer can have the peace of mind that their production equipment will not have to undergo downtimes for unexpected failures.
