Automatic box forming machine with stainless steel frame for forming, filling and closing American boxes.

The carton is picked from the store magazine and, during its transfer to the opening and formation area, adhesive tape or hotmelt bonding is applied on the lower sections, allowing the closing of the bottom of the box.

The resulting US box is loaded into the filling station. A matrix of the same size of the US box keeps the carton edges aligned, allowing a guided/smoother casing and consequently a precise positioning of the products.

Products are inserted in the US box by means of a robotized pick-and-place delta system with suction cups or other gripping system, controlled by a shaft motor.

After filling, a transfer module pushes the US boxes towards an exit module conveyor. The boxes are finally sealed with adhesive tape or hotmelt glue.The flow then moves to a manual or automatic palletizing station.

Automatic WA (wrap-around) box forming machine with automatic grouping system through a dynamic motorized preparation table. Regardless of the type of product handled, the cardboard packer machine FLEX PACKER WA can handle the grouping and filling of products for the forming of the wrap-around cardboard box.

A cycler distributes pots, bottles or other products on a preparatory “flex table” constantly motorized, so that the brushless motor can carry out a continuous working cycle.

This alternative solution guarantees a continuous input flow, allowing for lateral filling or top loading.This preparatory table assembly can be fitted for automatic format changing by adding brushless positioning motors (optional).

The preparatory table works in a flexible manner respecting the shapes of the single products.

The machine configuration is dynamic and fluid, allowing the implementation of different devices according to the project’s requirements – as a special motorized “fly bars” conveyor. The pick-and-place of the products is carried out by means of a tailored-made picking head which can guarantee the safe handling of the cups and the filling of two trays simultaneously.

The robotic station seamlessly integrates into the packaging island already present on the line, consisting of a tray former machine and filling machine, with which it works in perfect synchrony and continuity.

Software integration and management are supplied by CIAM PACK.

The system combines perfectly with box forming and closing solutions and with machines for the insertion of single pots in trays with cavities.
